These two identical but completely private villas offer some of the finest accommodation in Playa Blanca and are ideal for families looking for a very superior and conveniently located holiday home. Ideally situated midway between the old resort centre and main beach of Playa Blanca (approx.1.5km) and the superb new Puerto Rubicon marina complex with its tennis courts, shops, bars and restaurants (approx.600m), the two houses each have their own private entrance, heated swimming pool, large walled garden and superb amenities.
Beautifully decorated and furnished, they offer every comfort and amenity, including private sauna, internet connection, air conditioning in all main rooms, private swimming pool (7m x 3,5m, depth 1.3m to 1.6m, with ladder. Pool heated in winter) and BBQ/dining terrace.
Two storeys. Main floor: beautiful dining room with CD player and patio doors opening onto the pool and garden. Fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Double bedroom with ensuite jacuzzi bath, separate hydro massage shower and WC, plus patio doors onto the terrace. Two twin rooms sharing a bathroom with hydro massage shower. Downstairs is a huge lounge with plasma screen satellite TV, DVD and surround sound and internet. Private sauna and further bathroom with aromatic hydro massage shower/WC. There is also a private roof terrace with splendid views over to Fuerteventura.
Air conditioning/heating in all main rooms at no extra charge. Free internet connection. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
