This light and airy villa is handily located in a quiet area just 2 km from the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants of the lively resort of Calpe. It offers superb views towards the sea from its balcony and large conservatory area, which is a delightful room for relaxation on cooler days. There is a pretty garden at the front of the villa, whilst the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.3m to 1.9m, with ladder), sun terraces, BBQ and outdoor dining area are all reached by steps down from the main house. Comfortably furnished, this villa is a good choice for couples looking for a quiet villa within easy reach of all amenities.

One storey. Large first floor balcony with panoramic views. Lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Furnished conservatory/sun room with distant sea views. Kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two double bedrooms and shower/WC.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
