This spacious, traditional villa is set in extensive, sub tropical gardens just 800m from the pretty cove of Cala Gracio and is an ideal choice for larger families wanting to be close to the beach and the bright lights of San Antonio. With sea views and spacious grounds, it is also a perfect spot for a relaxation.
Inside, the main house is well equipped and comfortably furnished in a traditional style, and has good leisure facilities including a pool table and table tennis. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 600m away. A caretaker resides in an apartment in the basement of the main house with its own private access.
There is also a separate annexe sleeping a further 6 people in the grounds. Hoseasons do not let the annexe independently but on the odd occasion the owners do rent it, annexe guests do not have access to the swimming pool and gardens around the main house – only the driveway is shared. Main house guests have exclusive use of the large swimming pool (13m x 7m) and garden, unless both houses are booked together. Bookings of up to 10 people will be accommodated in the main house only, bookings of more than 10 people will also have use of the annexe. Please ensure you book for the correct number of people.
Main house (Sleeps 10). Two storeys. Lounge with satellite TV and DVD, plus doors to terrace and pool. Dining room. Kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One double and one twin bedroom, each with en suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor are two further doubles, each with en suite bath or shower/WC, plus a second lounge area and large balcony. On the 2nd floor is a 5th double with bathroom (not suitable for children). All bedrooms are air conditioned - £15 per day payable in advance to Hoseasons if required.
Annexe (Sleeps 6). Simpler accommodation with lounge/dining room, kitchenette with hob/oven and fridge, 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower/WC.
Compulsory final cleaning charge of £190 for the main house (or £260 for both houses) will be added to your booking and must be pre-paid. Weekly linen and towel change included. Anyday arrivals.
