This pleasant semi-detached villa is situated in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, ands is ideally situated within walking distance of both the old town and harbour and the main avenida with its golden sandy beach, bars and restaurants. Set in its own spacious sunbathing terrace together with BBQ and a private swimming pool and separate paddling children for children, the house is bright, modern and spacious.

Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic Satellite TV and DVD player, patio doors leading to the pool area; well equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs lead down to 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are further steps from the lounge up to the master double bedroom and its en suite bathroom. There is also a large terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom with good open views over the resort towards the sea.

Swimming pool area has a safety fence with lockable gate to stop children entering the pool unsupervised, It is also collapsable should guests not want to use it.

Twice weekly cleaning, weekly linen/towel change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
