This select development of just 16 apartments is situated in a wooded valley in the foothills of the Serrania de Ronda mountains, a few hundred metres off the old road to Ronda, 10 min drive from the beaches, shops and restaurants of San Pedro and 20 min from the exclusive Puerto Banus marina. The beautifully furnished and very well equipped apartments have outstanding views across the countryside towards the sea and are set in delightful lawned gardens which lead down to the sun terraces and swimming pool (12 m x 7m, depth 1.2m to 2.1m). They are fully air-conditioned and heated at no additional charge, with individual controls in each apartment.
A private and high quality development, Montealmendros appeals to both golfers and holidaymakers looking for a peaceful, high quality self catering holiday in beautiful surroundings. There are many fine golf courses nearby (the nearest being Los Arqueros, just 5 min drive away) and we can either book tee times in advance for you, or the local office will be pleased to help during your stay.
Three bedroom apartments have one double and two twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and a further shower/WC. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player and balcony or terrace overlooking the pool and garden, fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Min stay 5 nights (7 nights between 17 Jul - 31 Aug), arrive any day.
Cleaning on arrival only - extra cleaning and linen/towels may be ordered and paid for locally.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
