Situated in a residential area between the attractive marina and resort centre of Cala d’Or, this spacious detached villa is ideal for families wanting to be close to all amenities, with shops, bars and restaurants within 5 min walk and the beach just a little further. With sun terraces and a private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m, depth 1m to 1.8m) at the front of the house, and a shaded terrace with BBQ at the rear, Miguel Marina offers good amenities for a centrally located holiday home without the need to use a car all the time. The nearby pedestrianised centre of Cala d’Or offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, whilst some of the resort’s other beaches are easily reached by bus.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with TV and DVD, kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility area). Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and further full bathroom. Roof terrace. Free safe. Fans are provided.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Min stay 7 nights arrive any day, except between 26 Jun – 27 Aug, when Saturday changeover.
