Ideally located just off the Pollensa – Soller road and 1.4km from historic Pollensa Town itself, this beautiful villa is reached via a private gravelled drive leading through lawned gardens to the veranda and house. With extensive grounds, this house offers the dual advantages of privacy and easy access to the shops and restaurants of Pollensa. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are 6.5km away. The large, mosaic tiled swimming pool (11m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with roman steps) is at the front of the villa and is bordered by spacious sun terraces where you can soak up the sun. In a quiet corner of the garden is a covered terrace for al fresco dining, brick built BBQ and patio dining area with seating for fourteen. Inside, Villa Mas is most comfortably and elegantly furnished.

Two storeys. Hallway leading into the living room with Satellite TV and DVD player, comfy seating area, separate dining room with banquet table and chairs for twelve people. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a delightful double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. Additional separate bathroom downstairs.

The wrought iron spiral staircase leads up to the galleried landing area. The beautiful master double bedroom has a separate marble bathroom with corner bath and French doors opening to the upper sun terrace with mountain views. Three attractive twin bedrooms share an elegant bathroom. All berooms have air conditioning at no extra charge. Free safe.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 5 nights, arrive any day.
