Villa Madrava is a sheer delight. This beautifully presented stone-clad farmhouse is set amidst immaculately maintained gardens in a very secluded and quiet location midway between Pollensa (4km) and Puerto Pollensa (3km) with the nearest sandy beach only five minutes drive away. Particularly appealing is the overall relaxed and airy feeling of this house, very suitable for guests wanting a flavour of real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.

The very special feature of this villa is the colourful and meticulously maintained gardens with many terracotta pots filled with tumbling red geraniums and scented herbs, plus a feature ancient olive tree as the centre of attraction. The large sparkling swimming pool (11m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.3m, with Roman steps) is flanked by lush lawns and sunbathing terraces. The pretty BBQ casita offers extra kitchen facilities including a poolside drinks fridge, and shower room/WC. The charming, rustic covered BBQ area and dining terrace is ideal for enjoying alfresco meals and relaxing afternoon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for superior villa in a private location.

Two storeys. The inviting interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining area with pretty terracotta tiling and a solid oak dining table and chairs. From here there is access to the side terrace. To the left of the entrance three steps lead down into the cosy lounge area with wood burning stove, Satellite TV and DVD/CD player. Twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. Stairs lead up to two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) with views over the gardens/countryside. These share a full bath/shower room. Free safe. Fans are provided.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once.
