One of the finest villas on the island, Los Roques is a stylishly furnished and very well equipped villa aimed at the discerning holidaymaker. It is situated on a hillside in a residential area of Playa Blanca with wonderful views of the sea and Fuerteventura from its heated private pool and extensive decked sun terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture and BBQ. The house is 2.5km from the resort centre and beaches, although there a small number of restaurants and shops within 10-15 min walk of the house. Inside, the house has been decorated in a very modern, bright style. Highly recommended.
Two storeys. Steps lead up from the driveway to the pool and sun terraces and then to the main house. Large lounge/dining room with picture windows over the resort and sea, plasma screen satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Master double bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi bath. Twin bedroom and shower/WC. Downstairs are a further 2 double bedrooms, plus a shower/WC and 2nd lounge/games room with TV, table tennis and pool tables – ideal for children. Rooftop solarium with spectacular views. BBQ and safe. All bedrooms have fans. Upto 2 portable air conditioning unit can be hired if required - £7 per day.
Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool is heated from Nov –Apr, and is also available between May-Oct for a charge of £12 per day if required.
Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Lower prices apply if only 3 bedrooms (max 6 people) are required.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
