The small development of Las Buganvillas offers several ultra modern, high quality villas, each with their own private swimming pool (5.5m x 3m, depth 1.4m to 1.8m, with Roman steps) and the use of a communal tennis court (bring your own equipment). Situated in a residential area just 1.5 km from the shops, restaurants and beaches of the resort centre (with a few shops and restaurants a little nearer), they are ideally situated for a relaxing holiday in a superior villa. Each villa has a large sun terrace, good sized pool and superior furnishings.
Car hire is useful, but not essential here, as most amenities are within walking distance. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the unspoiled beaches of Papagayo, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.
One storey. A pathway leads from the gated entrance through the development to each villa, which is bordered by walls approx 4 ft high. Pool, sun terraces and shaded dining terrace with BBQ. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms (two double, one twin) and three bathrooms. Free safe and hairdryer. Lounge and master bedroom are air conditioned at no extra charge.
Pool heating is included between Nov - April.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Lower prices are available if only one or two bedrooms are required (excluding peak season)
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
