This recently built apartment occupies the lower part of a larger house (SSN068 - La Parra Grande) but is completely private and self contained. The upper house ''La Parra Grande'' is also let to other guests, but the two houses are relatively private from each other, with only part of La Parra Pequena's terrace being overlooked from edge of the larger house's terrace above.
Situated in one of the most sought after residential areas midway between Nerja and Frigiliana (3 km to either), La Parra Pequena has its own private pool (7m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps), sun terraces and BBQ area, as well as outstanding views down the valley to the sea and up to the village. Well equipped and attractively furnished, this is a great choice for couple or a small family. The owner requests no smoking inside please. There are several good restaurants in the lovely nearby village of Frigiliana, whilst Nerja itself offers a wide variety of amenities.
One storey. Private driveway and gates lead to spacious sun terraces, covered dining and pool areas. Patio doors lead into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, open plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge (washing machine and freezer in cupboard outside). One twin and one double bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower. No smoking inside the house please!
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Min stay 7 nights, arrive any day up to 2 April, Saturday changeovers between 3 Apr - 29 Oct 2010.
