Ideally situated just 1km from the beach and centre of Moraira and just 2-3 min walk from a restaurant and supermarket, this beautiful, newly built villa is a real find. With tasteful, comfortable furnishings, lovely terracotta tiled floors and air-conditioning/heating in all the main rooms, La Caseta offers exceptional value for money and early booking is recommended. The spacious sun terraces, private swimming pool (9m x 4.5m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with roman steps), dining veranda and BBQ are all at the front of the villa and although they are slightly overlooked from behind, the high standards and fantastic location of this house make it a very popular choice.
The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away, whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx 20-25 min drive.
One storey. A shaded dining veranda leads into the spacious lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. Ultra modern fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and further shower/WC. Lounge and bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
