This comfortable, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Enchinent, just 1.5km from the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants of the lively resort of Calpe, so it offers a peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. There are panoramic views of Calpe, the sea and the famous Penon d’Ifach from Juanjo’s balcony, whilst the villa is set in extensive terraced gardens bordered by trees and shrubs, with a kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.3m to 2m, with ladder), BBQ and shaded outside dining area. Inside, the house is furnished in a bright, modern style and is well equipped.
Car hire is essential here, although the convenient location may mean you do not have to use the car all the time.
Two storeys. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with steps from the parking area and further steps leading down to the pool area. Large first floor balcony with panoramic views. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with full cooker, fridge and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
