This beautiful and very unusual villa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones, just 1km from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto del Carmen, the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Built to a high specification and surrounded by high walls to ensure privacy, it also has a long swimming pool (10m x 2.5m, depth 1m to 1.2m, with ladder and heated in winter) that is perfect for swimming lengths, as well as a mature flower-filled garden with BBQ and spacious terraces offering both sun and shade. Inside, Josephine has been comfortably furnished in an oriental style, and offers lots of space for a family or group of friends.
The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or exploring the island.
One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD, CD player and further galleried seating area. Patio doors opening onto the pool, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower, further double with ensuite bathroom and private patio, two twin bedrooms and two further shower/WC''s.
Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Pool heating included Nov - Apr, £12 per day if required between May - Oct. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
