This comfortable, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Moravit, just 1.5 km from the beach and resort centre of Moraira, with shops and restaurants within 5-10 min walk, so it offers a peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. The villa has a splendid terrace area bordering the kidney shaped swimming pool with BBQ. There are panoramic views of Moraira and partial sea views from the covered veranda. Inside, the house is furnished in a bright, modern style and is well equipped.

Car hire is recommended, although the convenient location may mean you do not have to use a car all the time.

Two storeys. All living accommodation is on the upper level. Approx. 20 steps lead from the pool area to the covered veranda and into the large lounge/dining room, with TV, DVD and fireplace, well equipped fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms. Washing machine in one bathroom.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc), except between 17 July – 27 August, when Saturday only

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
