Situated on a quiet country lane midway between the old town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa (3 km to either), this charming single storey villa is set in lawned gardens bordered by tall hedges and open fields. Furnished to a good standard with many attractive personal touches, Font Xica also benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms. A lovely covered veranda with BBQ overlooks the pretty gardens and private swimming pool with sun terraces, making this a most pleasant and relaxing holiday home.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player, and doors to the covered terrace which leads to the pool and garden area. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Master double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Outside kitchen/BBQ area with washing machine and further shower/WC. Free safe. Roof terrace with splendid views over the countryside towards the Tramuntana mountain range.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms included at no extra charge. Twice weekly cleaning and towel, linen once. Minimum stay 5 nights, arrive any day.
