Florimar is a most attractive modern and well furnished villa situated on the hillside behind Moraira just 1.5 km from the beach and resort centre, and 6-7 min walk to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. From the gated driveway and parking area there are 10 steps up to the private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with roman steps) and sun terraces – at this level there is a self contained apartment which is ideal for another couple, teenagers or grandparents but is only let for when the whole property is occupied by 7 or more people. Further steps from the pool area lead up to a shaded dining terrace with BBQ and views of Moraira and the sea, and then into the main house.
The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away, whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx.20-25 min drive.
Main house: reached by two flights of steps from the parking area. Shaded dining terrace leads into lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player. Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two double bedrooms, one twin, full bathroom and further shower/WC. Rooftop terrace with panoramic views. Pool level apartment (not let separately, and only opened for bookings of 7 or more people): twin bedroom, lounge area, kitchenette with fridge and shower/WC. Patio doors to pool area.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July -27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
