Situated in the countryside between Pollensa (4 km) and Puerto Pollensa (3 km), this bright, spacious, comfortable and very homely villa enjoys outstanding views as well as a pretty, well tended garden, filled with palm trees, colourful bougainvillea and oleander bushes. El Vila has an unusual design outside, with a large, raised swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 0.8m to 1.6m, with steps) and sun terraces reached by a few steps from the lovely shaded veranda and BBQ area adjoining the main house, whilst inside the house is well furnished and lovingly cared for by its owners. It's a comfortable rather than luxury house, but everything about El Vila is 'just right'. Upstairs is a large balcony leading off from two of the bedrooms and from here there are superb views of the countryside and mountains. A delightful villa that is immaculately maintained by its owners and is ideal for families, El Vila is a very popular house to which many guests return each year. It can also be booked with next door Vileta (SMP006) for larger parties. (The two houses have their own private driveways and no shared land, so are almost entirely private from each other).
Two storeys. Lounge with basic satellite TV, DVD player and wood burning stove, separate dining room, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, dishwasher and microwave (washing machine outside on rear terrace), shaded dining veranda and shower room. Upstairs are 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom and a large balcony. Free safe. Fans are provided.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover between 10 Jul - 27 Aug, anyday arrivals at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
