Peacefully located amid tranquil, rural countryside, this traditionally styled, well maintained and air-conditioned villa is set in very private and mature, colourful gardens with its own private swimming pool bordered by lawns, approx. 2 km from historic Pollensa Town. The livelier seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa with its extensive sandy beach is just 4 km away. C’an Creus is attractively furnished in local style, with beamed ceilings and tiled floors, and makes a most comfortable holiday home.
Two storeys. Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, patio doors leading to the pool, satellite TV with CD and DVD players. Separate modern fitted kitchen/breakfast area with full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave which opens out onto the BBQ and covered dining terrace. Two double bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and a full bathroom. Upstairs are a further twin and a double bedroom, plus a full bathroom (the corridor leading to the upstairs bedrooms is air conditioned). The gorgeous shaded veranda with BBQ at the front of the house is perfect for dining al fresco, and there is a further shower/WC accessible from the pool area. Free safe. Air conditioning included at no extra charge.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 4 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
