This attractive, spacious and comfortable villa is very popular as it is very well situated on a hillside just 1 km from historic Pollensa Town and also has air-conditioning/heating in all of its bedrooms. With superb views over the town and countryside, it is close to the restaurants and shops in this beautiful area, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are just 10 min drive away. Set in spacious, partly lawned grounds with a good sized private swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m, with roman steps) bordered by sun terraces, there is also a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop solarium (reached by outside steps) with fantastic views.
Inside, Coster Tomeu is spacious and comfortably furnished in a bright, modern style. It is ideal for guests who do not want to use their car all the time as the shops and restaurants of gorgeous Pollensa are within easy walking distance along a cycle path.
One storey. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with fridge, full cooker and microwave. Two twin and one double bedrooms, full bathroom. Further shower/WC with washing machine. BBQ and outdoor dining area, plus rooftop terrace. Free safe. Air-conditioning and heating in all bedrooms included at no extra charge.
Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Minimum Stay 5 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
