Ideal for anyone wanting a villa in front of the sea, Coloradas Playa is a recently completed group of terraced villas, each with their own private swimming pool, with fantastic views of Fuerteventura and towards the golden sandy beaches of Papagayo. They are just 6-7 minutes walk along the seafront promenade to the fabulous Marina Rubicón Harbour, with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The main sandy beach of Playa Dorada is 20-25 min walk away, with the main resort centre a little further on along the promenade. The natural golden sand beaches of Papagayo are also 25-30 min walk away.
The villas are built into the hillside in a quiet residential area in front of a rocky cove, and each enjoys sea views from their terraces and balconies. Tastefully furnished and decorated with bright modern colours and well equipped, Coloradas Playa is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities. The swimming pools (5m x 3m, depth 1.4m) are heated in winter (pool heating can also be booked between May - Oct).
Two storeys. Ground floor: spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player, air conditioning and patio doors onto the terrace, BBQ and pool area. Separate fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Single bedroom. Upstairs is a master double bedroom with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and balcony with panoramic view, plus a twin bedroom with balcony and further shower/WC. Free safe.
Weekly cleaning and line change. Air conditioning/heating and pool heating included in the price. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
