Villa Chantelle is a spacious detached house, recently renovated to a high standard throughout and furnished with many wood items hand made by the owner. There are spacious terraces surrounding the swimming pool where you can enjoy full sun all day. The villa is situated in a residential area of Calle Salvaje, an easy 5 min stroll from a supermarket and a selection of cafes, bars and good quality restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk away. A pebble and sand beach is about 8 min walk from here.
The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find marvellous sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks For golfers, both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 12 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.
One storey. Hallway leads to spacious lounge/dining room with British satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Fitted, rustic-style kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, the other with doors onto the poolside terrace. Two twin bedrooms and further full bathroom, plus a shower/WC. All bedrooms have fans. The swimming pool 8m x 4m, depth 1.3m to 0.9m with Roman steps is heated in winter. Beside the pool is a covered built-in BBQ/outdoor kitchen area with fridge. Free safe.
Cleaning on arrival only. Pool heating included Nov – Apr - £50 per week if required between May – Oct. Friday changeover.
Lower prices are available if only 3 bedrooms (instead of 4) are booked for maximum 6 people.
