In the countryside between Pollensa town and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa (5 km to either), this pretty villa is surrounded by fields and is set in large lawned grounds with superb views of Puig Maria and the Tramuntana mountains. There is a welcome shaded and beamed veranda around 2 sides of the house, as well as a flower-filled garden, stone BBQ, swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with steps and slightly raised edges at the sides) and plenty of space for sunbathing. Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD player and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, microwave and full cooker (washing machine outside in utility room), 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, full bathroom. Free safe. Fans are provided.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeovers between 10 Jul - 27 Aug, anyday arrivals at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
