Casa Rachael is a superior villa, ideally located within easy walking distance of the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants of the friendly resort of Callao Salvaje on Tenerife's sunny southern coastline. The house is spacious and most comfortably furnished, with splendid sea views from its large upper terrace, whilst every modern convenience has been provided for. It is an ideal house for families or a group of friends looking for a quality villa in Tenerife.
Callao Salvaje is a fairly low key resort but with plenty of amenities, so a car is not really necessary here. The sand/pebble beach is 15 min away downhill, whilst all the shops and restaurants are approx 5 min away. There is a regular bus service to Playa de la Americas 15 km away, and here you will find golf, watersports, aquapark, go-karting and excellent nightlife.
Two storeys. Front door leads into a large open plan lounge/dining room with high quality furnishings, wi-fi internet access, UK satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus patio doors leading onto a large furnished terrace with BBQ and panoramic views over the resort and coastline. Kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a guest cloakroom. Stairs (with stairgate) lead down to the bedrooms - a double with en suite bathroom (with jacuzzi bath and hairdrier), two twins and a shower/WC, plus a utility room with washing machine. One twin also has a double sofa bed for 2 children. Two bedrooms have patio doors leading to the swimming pool (7m x 3 m, depth 1m to 1.5m, with roman steps), further BBQ and sun terraces. There is a safe. The lounge and all bedrooms have fans. Complimentary pool towels are provided.
Pool is heated from November to April and can be heated in the summer months if pre-booked and paid for (£7 per day May - Oct).
Cleaning and linen change are provided weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
