A spacious and delightfully furnished villa set in an extensive lawned garden with a large swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m) and gorgeous shaded veranda and dining terrace with BBQ, Casa Abeling feels more like a real home than a holiday villa, with a ‘cottagey’ ambience, lots of personal touches and tasteful, comfortable furnishings. Just 1.5 km from Javea old town and 5 km from the beach, with a café-bar just 200m away, it is very conveniently located, but the setting here is so idyllic you may hardly want to leave the villa at all! From the garden there are excellent views of Montgo mountain, which dominates the landscape for miles around.
Two storeys. Large shaded veranda and dining terrace leads into an ‘L’ shaped lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD and CD player, open plan fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine is outside), twin bedroom and bathroom with separate cloakroom/WC. Upstairs (via an open staircase) are 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, the other with own sitting room and ensuite shower/WC. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge is available for the hotter months – Approx. 16 Euros per day, payable locally on arrival if required.
Cleaning on arrival only for stays of 7 - 13 nights. Mod stay clean and linen change provided for holidays of 14 or more nights. Additional cleaning available on request and payable locally. Arrive any day, min 7 nights.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
