Set in extensive landscaped grounds in the countryside between the ever popular beach resort of Cala Galdana (5 km) and the village of Ferreries (2 km), Calafi Nou is a beautifully converted farmhouse with a huge private pool (13m x 6m, depth 1m to 1.8m) and lovely rural views, as well as lots of charm. It is ideal for families looking for a peaceful location yet within easy reach of the beach and all amenities. There is an excellent country restaurant just 250m away. Inside, the house is tastefully furnished with antiques, beamed ceilings and tasteful fabrics, whilst the lawned garden, pool and sun terraces (gated for child safety) provide an idyllic setting. The stunning unspoiled beach of Cala Mitjana is just 3km away. The thick stone walls of this old farmhouse ensure that it is pleasantly cool in the Summer months. Car hire is essential here.
One storey. Long private driveway leads to paved courtyard and covered veranda/dining terrace. Spacious lounge with satellite TV/DVD and fireplace, dining room, fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms, shower/WC and further full bathroom. Utility room with washing machine. Central heating for cooler months. Free safe. Table tennis and BBQ in garden.
Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
