This lovely 250 year old restored farmhouse offers lots of space and character, and is peacefully situated just 5-7 min walk from the village of Cas Concas, 10-15 min drive from the beaches, nightlife and many amenities of Cala d'Or. Set in floodlit, herb scented gardens, the villa has been beautifully converted to offer a charming and comfortable holiday home in peaceful, rural surroundings, yet within easy reach of the small shops and restaurants of the village. There is also a rural hotel and restaurant 2-3 min walk away - the restaurant is not open every day and reservations are advised.
The large swimming pool (11.5m x6.5m, depth 0.9m to 2.1m, with steps) is ideal for serious swimmers and the gardens offer plenty of space for sunbathing, whilst the shaded BBQ and dining terrace are perfect for an evening meal. Inside, Ca''n Cavea has been tastefully resored in Mallorcan style, with terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings and traditional local furniture. The house is immaculately looked after by its charming owners and offers excellent amenities, including air conditioning in all bedrooms at no extra charge. Highly recommened.
Two storeys. Large oak doors lead into a hallway and dining room. Fitted kitchen/diner with full cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and doors onto the BBQ area and pool. Separate lounge, one twin and one double bedroom sharing a shower/WC on the ground floor.
Stairs (with stairgate at the top) lead up to a large lounge with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, plus space for an extra bed for a child. Twin bedroom with doors onto a partly shaded sun terrace. Further twin bedroom, plus a full bathroom and a further shower/WC. Free safe.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air conditioning and heating included at no extra cost.
Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day, except between 26 Jun - 27 Aug when Saturday changeover only.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
