Villa Can Toni enjoys a wonderfully peaceful location, in extensive (20,000 sq metres) private grounds bordered by an orange grove with views to the pine-clad hills. It is just 1.2km from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants, whilst the beaches and many amenities of Santa Eulalia are just 7-10 min drive away, with Ibiza Town and many other beaches within 15 min.
A modern villa built on two levels with several terraces, it offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation for anyone looking for a villa in a quiet but convenient location, or who enjoys the authentic landscapes of Ibiza. Open and shaded terraces are perfect for sunbathing or dining alfresco. Villa Can Joan Yern (SIV012) is just 300m away, so both houses can be booked together by two families or a group of friends.
Two storeys. Shaded dining terrace with BBQ. Entrance hall, lounge/dining room with satellite TV and CD/DVD player, kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, (washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage), plus shower/WC downstairs. Upstairs are one double and two twin bedrooms, full bathroom and a large balcony with panoramic views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and access to the balcony. Free safe. The large swimming pool (8m x 7m, depth 1.6m to 1.8m, with ladder) and spacious sun terraces are gated for child safety. There are remote control gates at the entrance to the driveway. There is also a small childrens play area with swing and slide.
Weekly cleaning and towel/linen change. Saturday or Sunday changeover. Owner meets guests on arrival- please give us your flight details.
