Villa Butxaco is a beautiful restored Mallorcan farmhouse full of charm and character, located just 2km outside Pollensa old town and 4km from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The enthusiastic owner has spent countless hours restoring this delightful property: great attention and patience has been made to retain many original features, artefacts, interior stone walls and beamed ceilings. All modern amenities provide an extremely comfortable home for a memorable family holiday. The house is ideal for families wanting a relaxing summer holiday in an authentic farmhouse and all comfortably furnished in local style. There is a covered terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The sparkling swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.4m to 2.2m) is bordered by colourful , oleander scented, lawned gardens with ancient carob and olive trees providing welcome summer shade.
Two storeys. From the front terrace an oak doorway opens into the spacious living/dining room with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors affording a cool and relaxing ambience. Separate lounge area with satellite TV/DVD. A stone archway leads through to a separate seating area with guest cloakroom. Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric oven/gas hob. Exterior utility room with washing machine. Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two attractive twin bedrooms share a further full bathroom. Free safe. Fans are provided.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, linen once. Anyday arrivals 1 May – 9 Jul & 28 Aug -31 Oct, Saturday changeover 10 Jul -27 Aug.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
