Situated in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area just 600m from the shops and restaurants of the resort centre and 1.2 km from the sandy beach, Bini Mi is a popular, well located villa set in a lawned garden filled with flowering shrubs and bordered by attractive dry stone walls so typical of the island. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.8 to 1.7m) is bordered by south facing sun terraces and there are sea views from large shaded veranda and dining terrace (with BBQ) in front of the house. Inside, the villa is comfortable, bright and airy with high, beamed ceilings.

One storey. Steps lead from the garden to the veranda and then into a spacious lounge/dining room with TV/DVD, open plan kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine on rear terrace). Three twin bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite). Free safe. An extra bed for 1 child can be provided - £5 per day

Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly.

Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day
