In a slightly elevated position, this attractive modern villa is situated in a quiet residential area just 600m from the shops and restaurants of the resort centre and 1.5 km from the sandy beach. Set in attractive south facing gardens with lawns, flowering shrubs and high hedges, the house is very private but very conveniently located. Bini Delfi is attractively furnished inside with wicker and pine furniture and colourful fabrics. The lounge and all bedrooms have air conditioning at no additional charge.

One storey. Pathway from parking space to front door which leads into lounge room with TV/DVD and patio doors leading to shaded dining terrace with a few steps down to the private pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 1.7m), sun terraces, BBQ and garden. Dining room. Kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. One double and two twin bedrooms, full bathroom and further shower/WC. Free safe. An extra bed can be provided for 1 child - £5 per day.

Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
