Some 5 min drive from San Pedro and 10 min from the exclusive shops, restaurants, beach and marina of Puerto Banus, this is an excellent location for families or a group of friends wanting to be close to all amenities. Please note: for single sex parties (ie groups of golfers etc), the maximum permitted number of people in each house is 6.
The renowned Flamingos golf course and luxurious hotel and restaurant Villa Padierna are just a 5 min drive away, whilst nearby San Pedro offers typical Spanish restaurants and shops.

Fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, cloakroom with WC. 1st Floor: Master double bedroom with dressing room, terrace and ensuite bathroom, 1 single, 1 twin and further bathroom. 2nd floor: Penthouse double bedroom with front and rear terraces and steps to rooftop solarium.
